“The biometric side of the business is going to grow extremely fast all because of the enhanced border and visa security act that was passed in 2002 by Congress, which is forcing every country in the entire world to go with biometric sensors and biometric travel documents,” explains Homeland security technology expert Brian Ruttenbur, Equity Research Analyst, Morgan Keegan & Co.
