Anthem Restaurant Management, one of Arizona’s premier restaurant management companies, announced today that it will be opening its fourth Salty Senorita location in Peoria, Arizona in September 2007. Salty Senorita, Fresh Mexican Cantina, will be located at 8011 West Paradise Lane directly adjacent to the Peoria Sports Complex.

Salty Senorita Peoria will serve the same award-winning fresh Mexican cuisine and signature drinks, as its sister restaurants located across the Valley. Residents in Peoria will be able to build their own omelets and Bloody Marys at brunch on Sunday mornings or enjoy a fast and delicious $6.99 lunch menu Monday through Friday. The full dinner menu served nightly until 11:00 pm will include Salty’s popular tableside guacamole and mouthwatering Sizzling Rustic Street Tacos.
In addition to great food, the perfect margarita has become a mastered art of Salty Senorita and the tradition will continue at the new west side location. With over 101 Premium Blue Agave Tequilas and 51 signature drink recipes, Salty tempts its patrons with phenomenal taste and creative flavors. Housed in Salty’s signature drink book, 51 BLUE, is the pride of the staff, its signature margaritas all of which can be enjoyed at this hot new destination.
Judith Testani, prominent Valley designer and principle of Testani Design Troupe, will embrace the use of natural and creative finishes such as rustic barn wood, hammered steel and twisted jellyfish metal to create the warm and kitschy atmosphere for which Salty is best known. This new addition to the Salty family will reflect the true spirit of “Senoritaville”, a Salty style Mexican village with over 2 1/2 acres of party space including an open-air patio and an ocean inspired bar with over 60,000 pieces of mosaic tile. This hot destination will feature a 3-tier outdoor deck, sand volleyball court, margarita huts, taco bars, cabanas, salsa shacks, a sunset bar and much more.
