SourcingPoint Solutions, a provider of information management services for litigation, real estate, lending and other industries, announced today that it is accepting bookings for all four of its new conference and meeting rooms. These rooms, which are outfitted with the latest in LCD projectors, big-screen televisions, teleconferencing and videoconferencing gear, are specifically designed to accommodate legal depositions, sales meetings, conferences and other events.
Construction of the rooms, which comfortably seat anywhere from 2 to 30, was completed just prior to the company’s recent move from the 8th floor of 701 Bridger Avenue to a new, larger space on the first floor of the same building. Each room bears the name of a famous Las Vegas hotel (Flamingo, Horseshoe, Sahara and Stardust), and each is decorated with historical photographs of the city. Every room offers access to a modern, full-service kitchen where catered meals can be delivered or prepared.
Loretta Johnson, a spokesperson for SourcingPoint Solutions, says the company built the conference rooms in answer to a growing need for quality meeting space in the downtown area.
“We listened to our customers,” says Johnson, “and they were telling us that good space is hard to come by. Since our goal is to be a single source for all information management services, providing great meeting space was another logical step toward that goal.”
According to Johnson, the meeting room rentals complement the rest of SourcingPoint Solutions’ offering, which includes document imaging and automation, reprographics, information management services and consulting. “Now, customers can depose a client and prepare for a trial, or assemble professional presentation materials and pitch to a big client, all under one roof,” says Johnson.
The company is currently accepting bookings for the conference rooms via e-mail through its Website. Later this year, it will launch an online calendaring utility that will enable customers to book one or more of the conference rooms from home or office, select audio/video gear and even choose from a variety of catering menus.
