LLE - Language Services, a leading global provider of 24-hour telephone interpretation, on-demand email translation, and language education and proficiency testing, will be a featured speaker at the 2007 Call Center Campus (CCC) in Lafayette, IN, July 9-12. Nearly 200 professionals from the call center industry are expected to gather at Purdue University for the entire conference. Clyde Anderson, Vice President of Marketing for LLE, will be addressing how call centers can effectively utilize language services to respond to their non-English speaking customers. The session begins at 3:45 pm on July 11.

The CCC is the premier, independent and university sponsored event for thought leadership, customer contact and access channel management. Session attendees will be educated on how efficient utilization of language support across the entire enterprise can increase revenue, awareness, and global reach. “Our education is designed to introduce a contact center to common terminology of a language services provider (LSP), how to engage a LSP to your advantage, and how to analyze the industry trends that have a direct influence on your bottom line,” says Anderson. “Our workshop really provides insight, guidance and practical advice.”
