Polycom receives this Award in recognition of the company’s ability to grow and strengthen its portfolio in the enterprise IP telephony end-point market through in-house product development, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

Polycom’s strong relationships with small PBX vendors and softswitch manufacturers have secured it a strong presence in the small and medium business (SMB) space.
Small businesses can typically gain substantial benefits from IP telephony, but have very limited budgets and therefore, usually choose affordable feature-rich solutions from smaller PBX manufacturers or IP Centrex service providers.
As the small business space takes the center stage in the IP telephony market with vendors and service providers looking to satisfy unmet needs in this untapped market, Polycom will be well positioned to gain considerable benefits as the vendor of choice.
