Prior to joining Blair Rubber, Marquis held the position of Plant Manager for the past three years at Polymerics, Inc., a rubber chemical blend facility located in Kent, Ohio. Marquis is an internal ISO 9001/2001 Quality Auditor and was a Quality Management Representative for the Polymerics plant. Marquis holds a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Akron.
