MOTOMAN Fair Exhibits - Solutions for all aspects of automation

Let us show you our compact “MOTOCast” foundry series, ideally suitable for flexible manufacturing solutions in the foundry industry. The wide product spectrum ranges from standard to “shelf-type” to heavy-duty robots, with payloads ranging from 6 to 600 kg.

MOTOCAST – fulfilling your automated casting requirements.
Because when it comes to automation the benefit to you is what counts.
The compact MOTOCAST series of robots has been specially developed to meet all your casting needs. Each robot in the series features MOTOProtect, a special protective coating and higher IP protection class to withstand the tough conditions within a casting facility. Payloads from 3 to 600 kg can be achieved in various areas of application such as handling, grinding, polishing, deburring, spraying or loading and unloading.

Special features of the MOTOCAST foundry series:

- Robot types of 6 to 600 kg payload;
- MOTO-Protect: Increased IP protection and special protection varnish;
- Twincast: Synchronized motion of 2 robots by one controller (e.g. for spraying and unloading);
- Triplecast: Synchronized motion of 3 robots by one controller (e.g. for spraying and unloading);
- Proved single robot concept (mounting options: floor, wall, ceiling and shelf);
- Less programming and commissioning effort using the NX100 robot controller;
- Low own weight of the shelf-type robots;
- Reduced space requirement;
- Software functions “Servo-Float” and “Linear-Servo-Float”.

Further, we will show two new exciting robotic solutions:

MOTOSPRAY - The new robotic concept for spraying of die cast machinery
This unique concept is developed by Specma Automation based on the MOTOMAN-IA20 robot. It is possible to integrate the solution on nearly all types of die casting machines up to 1000 tons, thanks to its flexibility. The robot is installed inside the machine making it very compact, and you will still have access to the loading side of the machine.

MOTOGRIND - The first robot grinding system that programs itself.
The programming of a grinding system for complex objects has until now been very time consuming. MOTOMAN´s new robotic grinding and polishing cell features a unique teaching system that enables the robot cell to create programs automatically. This is the most cost efficient and productive solution for high precision automatic grinding and polishing.

MOTOMAN (motoman.eu) – intelligent solutions for today and tomorrow!

We are looking forward meeting you at GIFA 2007 12-16th of June in Düsseldorf!
