The Turismo De Portugal, Portimao City Hall, Tivoli Hotels and Nikki Beach announced the new marketing program “ALLgarve” to an amazing crowd of VIPs celebrities, press and politicians over a few days during the 60th Cannes Film festival in Cannes France at the Nikki Beach in the Carlton Hotel. During this multi-day event Pamela Anderson, Ivanna Trump, Mariade Medeiros, Phoebe Price and Manoelde Oliveira we a few of the guest to attend the Nikki Beach party.
