According to Jenn Givler, what really stands in an entrepreneurs way is something you can't see, touch, smell, or taste. Some say it’s lack of funds, lack of resources, or lack of business knowledge. Jenn Givler, owner of J. Givler Coaching, says more than anything, what blocks entrepreneurs is something you can’t see, touch, smell or taste – it’s non-physical.
“As entrepreneurs, we all share some common traits,” Givler says. “We are driven, motivated and results oriented. That combination can have you trying to implement too many ideas at once, causing overwhelm.”
“Also,” says Givler, “one of the few things entrepreneurs count on with they start their business is the sudden fear, and anxiety they can feel when they begin to take bigger steps in their business. These things can sabotage your efforts, and you may not even know it. These non-physical blockages can lead to bigger problems like, money loss, inability to set clear goals, and the inability to take steps necessary to move your business forward.”
Through her coaching business, J. Givler Coaching, Ms. Givler is offering Intuitive Business Readings to help entrepreneurs determine what their non-physical challenges might be, and determine where they are being blocked in their business.
During an Intuitive Business Reading, Ms. Givler looks at the energy of the situation, listens to the words that are used to describe the situation, and provides insight into what is causing the block. Then, an action plan is created to get the entrepreneur back on track.
“It’s so much easier for someone outside the situation, to point out what the issue might be,” Givler says. “Once we determine what is blocking someone, it’s easy to set clear, manageable, achievable goals to get that business owner moving forward again.”
Givler says, common issues that block entrepreneurs are fear, their inner critic, too many ideas to implement, and overwhelm. “These issues can be esoteric, so it’s not always easy to pinpoint them or create a plan to move through them on your own,” Givler says.
