Maverick Jousting Tournament at Warwick Castle

Lytham, Lancashire, United Kingdom, 05/15/2007 - Jousting Tournament Team chosen by Warwick Castle.
Maverick Management, the company specialising in providing live entertainment strategies and performers for leisure attractions, the gaming industry and corporate events, has been awarded the contract for the second year running, to supply Warwick Castle with this year’s jousting tournament. The production, which has an initial three day run over the May Bank holiday weekend, will then be performed twice daily from 21st July until 2nd September inclusive. The production is written and directed by jousting veteran Richard Timson, whose team is one of Maverick’s solely managed entertainment shows. Richard has produced jousting tournaments at international level, from America to South Africa. He has appeared in countless films and television series and is renowned as one of the leading horse show producers in the world. His team has also just completed a six day contract at Chessington World of Adventures performing a show based around Robin Hood.

Warwick Castle is one of only five original jousting venues in England.
