The 69-room hotel is owned and operated by Blue Star Development, LLC and Nicholas Massa of Geneva, NY; its general manager is Anthony Sindoni, a longtime resident of Geneva. Microtel is the economy/budget all-new construction hotel chain with more than 300 hotels open and under construction around the U.S. and internationally.
