Verint® Systems, Inc. today announced that it has been named a “Winner with Distinction” on the 2017 CRM Watchlist, an annual evaluation conducted by Paul Greenberg, managing principal of The 56 Group, LLC and author of CRM at the Speed of Light. The CRM Watchlist recognizes the impact companies have on their markets through strength, mindshare and market share, how well they execute through the year and how well prepared they are for future success.
In his 2017 CRM Watchlist announcement, Greenberg wrote that the market impact of those included on the list “has to be obvious, both in the prior year and in the anticipated next two or three years.” He also noted that the thresholds for inclusion on this year’s list changed dramatically,“making it categorically harder to win” than in the prior year. Additional observations he shared were that winners illustrated beyond a doubt that they are “making a major impression on a market and actually changing or strengthening that market” by their presence. Greenberg also stated that winners have financial stability, solid management, excellent products and services, superb culture, and a strong partner ecosystem to sustain their efforts.
“It’s an honor to be included in Paul Greenberg’s CRM Watchlist again this year,” says Nancy Treaster, SVP and general manager, strategic operations, Verint. “The ‘Watchlist Winner with Distinction’ designation underscores our ongoing focus on developing a holistic portfolio of customer engagement solutions to help organizations empower their customers and employees through intelligence that can be shared enterprise-wide.”
