Ensynch Inc., the Southwest’s leading provider of IT infrastructure services, staffing and data center solutions, today announced it is working together with CRG West, a global data center and property management company to provide expert managed IT services to compliment CRG West’s data center offerings.
Ensynch will provide CRG West’s colocation customers in Southern California with a suite of optional managed IT infrastructure services that include sophisticated 24x7 monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity, and expert server management—from one server up to a fully outsourced IT environment.
Ensynch will monitor customers locally from its Network Operating Center (NOC) now in construction inside CRG West's new 450,000 square-foot Wilshire Annex data center facility. The enhanced offerings will be made available to CRG West's One Wilshire and Wilshire Annex data center customers. In addition, Ensynch provides CRG West’s customers with options around geographic redundancy and backup storage through direct connection to Ensynch’s Arizona-based data center.
“We are pleased Ensynch will be available at One Wilshire and Wilshire Annex to support our customers requiring a professional alternative to managing their own IT infrastructure. Ensynch will add great value to the One Wilshire and Wilshire Annex community,” said David Dunn, senior vice president of CRG West.
CRG West is a world-renowned colocation and property management company with data centers now in Los Angeles, San Jose, Chicago, Miami and Washington, DC.
Recent studies have shown businesses that outsource their IT infrastructure stand to benefit by experiencing cost savings realized by the reduction or elimination of network downtime. Ensynch together with CRG West makes it possible to proactively monitor IT infrastructure to prevent unplanned downtime. This relationship also provides customers with disaster recovery and business continuity options in order to maintain the levels of reliability and availability they require.
“CRG West’s ability to provide clients with a solid colocation infrastructure with robust power and numerous carriers combined with Ensynch’s ability to design and deploy IT solutions from migration start-up to disaster recovery to fully managed services will benefit growing businesses across Southern California,” said Scott Johnson, vice president of partnerships and business development for Ensynch. “This lets the clients’ IT staff focus on business-enabling capabilities, while our experts support their infrastructure. The result is increased reliability and reduced overall costs.”
Ensynch is the Gold sponsor of Connectivity 2007, a networking event on April 19 for leading technology companies, at CRG West’s Wilshire Annex data center located at 900 North Alameda Street in Los Angeles.
