New homeowners at Lakeside Preserve in South Fulton County have not lived in the community long, but are already raving about their homes, the community’s amenities and the great location. Homeowners Ryan Grannum and Shawn and Dionne White are impressed with their spacious new homes and are especially excited about the superb amenities the community will offer and are anxious to see them completed.
“Besides the very open floor plans Lakeside Preserve offers, my son and I moved to this community because of the incredible amenities,” said Grannum. “It’s nice to know you have plenty of room in your home for family and friends to visit, and that there’s plenty of fun activities outside too.”
Grannum and his 10-year old son moved into their new home because they wanted an upgrade from their old home. One of the reasons they chose Lakeside Preserve is the convenience it offers. They chose the Hillcrest floor plan with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which Grannum upgraded to be on a basement. So far, one of his favorite aspects of the new home is the spacious, two-story family room that opens into the kitchen.
“I really like the open plan of the Hillcrest,” said Grannum. “It’s ideal for entertaining guests because whether you’re in the kitchen or the family room, you can easily converse with others.”
Grannum, who owns Audio Visual Solutions in Atlanta, has filled his home with all the latest audio and visual gadgets – complete with plasma screen televisions and an intercom system. His plans for the basement include an extra bedroom, a bathroom and a theatre room complete with all the hottest electronics.
Shawn and Dionne White, along with their children, moved to Lakeside Preserve from Raleigh just before Christmas. They too were drawn to the community because of the wonderful amenities and also because of the location and pricing.
“The location and amenities Lakeside Preserve offers is incredible,” said Mr. White.“What also drew us to the community was the distinctive look of the homes – they look much different than other communities in the area.”
The Whites also chose the Hillcrest floor plan with five bedrooms and three baths and enjoy having the extra space and comfort their home gives them. While waiting for the amenities to be completed, the Whites have enjoyed getting to know their neighbors.
