Founded in 1958 by Joe and Patricia Richardson, the company, a leader in its markets, employs 500 people and generates annual revenue of about AU$130 million (Ä85 million). It specialises in engineering, installation and maintenance of Electricity Networks, Water Utilities, Telecommunications and Industrial processes.
With J&P Richardson Industries Pty Limited (jpr.com.au), VINCI Energies boosts its positions in the Australian energy and transport infrastructure services market. At the end of 2015, VINCI Energies employed 500 people and generated around AU$140 million revenue (Ä90 million) in Australia.
Following the recent acquisition of the HEB Construction and Electrix companies in New Zealand, this further move confirms the VINCI Groupís momentum in Oceania and more broadly exemplifies its expansion strategy in countries with high economic growth rates.
