The MRC closes the gap between training and personal development, creating a certification program that arms colleagues with the skills they need to be successful “modern marketers” in today’s fast-paced marketplace. Wiley’s MRC Certification program offers courses around four industry best practice marketing tools and techniques: Social Marketing, Digital Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Customer Experience Advocacy. The courses are offered online and on demand; they are open to all Wiley colleagues around the globe. Colleagues take the courses at their convenience, 24/7, and at their own pace.
