In addition to a two-car garage, the ground floor of each home has room for an office or third bedroom with full bath. The main floor living area includes a formal dining room, coffered or beamed ceilings in an inviting great room, and an open kitchen. On the third level, buyers will discover master suites with sitting rooms, large walk-in closets and even an option for a morning bar. Secondary bedrooms are spacious, too. Townhome prices will start in the $400,000s.
Sherwood Park’s residents will enjoy sidewalks, benches, a pool and cabana and pocket parks within the neighborhood’s borders. In the City of Smyrna’s recently updated Lake Court Park, neighbors will find a dog park, bocce court, volleyball courts and trails just a short walk away.
