Pega’s fast-growing annual user conference is expected to draw more than 3,500 business and technical visionaries from some of the world’s leading companies, who will gather to discuss the role that strategic applications play in a rapidly evolving business environment.
More than 80 sessions will highlight how 50 global organizations have used Pega’s strategic applications to optimize each customer interaction across channels and devices to deliver personalized customer experiences. Alan Trefler, Founder and CEO of Pegasystems, will kick off PegaWORLD with his keynote address at 8:00 am. Eastern on Monday, June 8, followed by a two-day agenda comprising other keynote speeches and presentations, as well as customer and partner-led sessions. Workshops and hands-on training classes to help attendees increase their knowledge of Pega software will be held on the days before and after the conference. These include Pega-led workshops as well as customer-led sessions by AIG, Allianz, RBS, General Motors, Vodafone, and Cisco, among others.
