Sequent Creative helped launch an updated website for Baker Electric to optimize browsing for mobile users and provide a smoother interface for highlighting successful projects.

Baker provides comprehensive electrical and solar services throughout Southern California. Baker approached the web design firm, Sequent Creative, to elevate the organization’s online presence. Three key elements were considered during the redesign process:

• Creating a professional and responsive website design to match the new branding;
• Showcase the Baker Electric projects in a user-friendly manner;
• Provide Baker Electric staff with drag-and-drop functionality for long-term maintenance.

The result of the redesign is a professional website that showcases what Baker Electric has to offer to clients as well as future employees. By moving the website to the Wordpress Enfold content management system, Sequent provided the organization with a straightforward system that is easily customizable.

“We’re happy to see that our website now reflects who we are as an organization,” says Paula Elliott, Marketing Manager for Baker Electric.

“It was important for us to take on this project and help another San Diego based client,” adds Lisa Timmons from Sequent Creative. “It was a real treat to work with Baker Electric on this project.
