Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technologies, will host its 2015 Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) Conference next month in Atlanta, Georgia, from April 29 through May 1. The theme of this year’s event is “Powering Your Business”, a reference to how the company’s unified platform and technology solutions enable users to make the most of every customer contact and to engage customers to build a relationship.
“Improving the customer experience and managing compliance are the hallmarks of today’s contact center operations,” says James K. Noble, President and CEO of Noble Systems. “In addition to allowing our users the opportunity to share knowledge and learn from each other, our product experts are able to show them how they can use Noble’s innovative technologies to meet their business challenges. We strive to promote an interactive environment where users can gain actionable knowledge that they can apply in their centers, to design more effective contact strategies.”
Key areas of focus at SNUG 2015 will highlight product updates and training on the company’s solutions for unified communications, analytics, and business process management, as well as user case studies and panels, best practices, and interactive forums. SNUG 2015 will feature a number of industry presenters and business specialists, including a keynote address from Afterburner, the global leader in Flawless Execution. Darlene Geller-Stoff, an industry consultant and popular speaker on contact center operational issues, will participate in several user forums. David Kaminski, a leading attorney on compliance for contact centers and a national defense litigator, will provide insight into the current legal and regulatory environment.
