Dialogic, a global networking software and infrastructure solution provider, today announced that it will showcase its market-leadership in WebRTC capabilities for enterprises and contact centers searching for communication versatility and excellence at Enterprise Connect 2015.
“WebRTC has been a hot topic for more than two years now, and many companies established vendors as well as startups are moving forward with WebRTC projects and even products,” said Jim Machi, senior vice president of product management and marketing at Dialogic. “WebRTC is ready for the enterprise, and that’s why Dialogic with our PowerMedia™ XMS media server along with many big names in enterprise communications including Avaya, Cisco, Oracle, and others, have made significant moves in support of WebRTC joining Google and the other Web-centric vendors that sparked the WebRTC movement.”
This year, a special “event-within-an-event” is taking place at the Enterprise Connect, featuring WebRTC. Dialogic will be on hand with demonstrations and experts to showcase the benefits of PowerMedia XMS, which provides a rich-media processing development platform and media server for WebRTC, HD video, voice and video conferencing, recording, transcoding, and more.
This full day of programming will be focused on WebRTC and experts will demonstrate how it’s ready for prime-time, and describe what the real story is addressing WebRTC's myths, realities, promise and pitfalls. The goal is for attendees to gain a thorough understanding of whether WebRTC is right for their enterprise and whether it can help achieve organizational goals.
“We’re hearing directly from our customers that there’s significant interest in WebRTC solutions,” Machi added. “Our enterprise developer customers are deploying our XMS media server in a wide range of applications ranging from healthcare, financial services, and education.”
Several Dialogic executives and thought leaders will present at Enterprise Connect for meetings and demonstrations from Monday March 16 through Thursday March 19 including Dialogic’s Senior Product Manager, Chad Hart.
“Our solutions are designed to address the communications needs that enterprises are requiring today in order to improve their user experience. We’re looking forward to showcasing our market-leading WebRTC enterprise communications capabilities at this year’s Enterprise Connect conference,” Machi said.
