Hi and welcome, my name is Francis and I'd like to share a few interesting questions with you.
Do you ever think, you're losing it?
In our 60's, we've a one in 100 chance of dementia. By our eighties, it's one in three. And what is frightening is the feeling there's nothing we can do about it - or so we've always assumed. Here we see a profound paradigm shift in our understanding of this devastating disease scientists worldwide are rethinking dementia's causes, detection, and inevitably. And reveal, there are steps every one of us can take, that will hold back the fearful tide of dementia. You can read more of this article in our newsletters, about how important good vascular condition is in preventing cellular degeneration.
For degenerative disease prevention, Dr Ray Strand, whom you can hear on the 53 minute, free to download audio entitled: 'What Doctors Don't Know About Nutritional Medicine' asks you:
Are you willing to make the necessary life changes to ensure your health?
And he goes on: I believe a full and abundant physical life does not need to start slipping away at age forty. Each year of your life can be your very best. But first you must understand the war that is waging within every one of our bodies. Oxygen is essential for life itself. But did you know it is also inherently dangerous to our existence?
The same process that causes a cut apple to turn brown, or iron to rust - is the cause of all the chronic degenerative diseases we fear - and even the ageing process itself.
Consider the ageing of our skin. Oxidative stress is the cause of wrinkles, sagging skin, and age spots. The next time you are with a large gathering of people of different ages, observe closely the change you see in people’s skin.
Aging is a process we all take for granted, but when you look more closely, and compare a baby’s face, to that of a grandparent’s, the effects of our largest organ being exposed to all the pollutants in the air, sunlight, and cigarette smoke is baffling. This ageing of the skin is an outward manifestation of "oxidative stress," which is occurring within every cell of our bodies.
Over the past 7 years, I have reviewed well over 2,000 medical and scientific studies in regards to nutritional supplements and their affect on your health. These studies appearing in medical journals like the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, British Lancet, and Annuals of Internal Medicine report that beyond any doubt the "root" cause of well over 70 chronic degenerative diseases is "oxidative stress." These are the "who’s who" of diseases we all fear and want to avoid; diseases like heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer’s dementia, macular degeneration, lupus, MS, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue.
In terms of perpetual cellular regeneration - circulatory system restriction through; stiff muscles or toxic accumulation - (they are both the same) particularly in the neck and also with the muscles down the side of the body and inside and outside of the legs - need regular circulatory stimulation and exercising to keep fully functional. These are the areas that don't get enough natural recovery - a human design fault if you like, that is responsible for back, shoulder, hip, knee and sciatic pain.
Our bodies naturally eliminate toxic accumulation through the breathing action (lung respiration), the skin (skin respiration), and our toilet habits. But these functions all need urging to perform from time to time.
Does that pain in the neck reduce head function?
In a single word - Yes - the ability for muscular relaxation to occur is essential for good muscular function. Stress and tension create poor muscular function, this poor muscular function / muscle spasm, can come from cellular degeneration, lack of proper recovery and from psychological trauma.
When the head does not achieve good circulatory function, all the facilities in the head suffer, tight muscles, cause headache, mental fatigue, memory loss, sinusitis, gum disease and ear problems.
The good news is, that effective muscular relaxation of the neck is possible.
Through self mobilization of the neck, which is a vital part in achieving circulatory function for the head, regular muscle release allows good circulatory flow to the head - and when coupled with physical exercise - which is an essential part of the muscle regeneration process - restoration of lost head functions begins.
What ever happens, you must maintain good circulation - if you want good quality of life - End Of Story!
When I finished my Remedial training, one fact stood out above everything else I'd learnt - that good circulatory flow of lymph and blood is the major contributor to healing. The reason being; that good circulation removes toxicity from the trauma site while bringing nutrients for regrowth. Now, with our range of powerful antioxidant supplements and very effective digestive system cleansers, the blood is detoxed through better intestinal elimination, so that the quality and energy of that blood as well as lymph flow is now superior.
Whether it's physical like Sciatica or mental like Depression
Good quality blood and lymph flow throughout the body, is absolutely vital for the reversal of physical and psychological disease alike - circulation of blood and lymph is our major transport system - our intergrated logistics system - as trucking companies like to call it - and its insufficiency is the major contributor to degeneration. Do you disagree?
