New for both Wrike customers and the industry, the release means that businesses can now integrate their unique data and processes into Wrike projects. This brings capabilities to the Wrike platform that up until now have only been available in the large-scale enterprise deployments.

New Customization Capabilities
Any type of team in any industry, from governments to creative agencies and startups, can add their own unique data to their projects as easily as adding a column in a spreadsheet and can build dashboards, reporting and workflows using their own data.
For example, an agile product development team can now create custom fields to track each status that maps to their agile process: the sprint a task is assigned to, the initial estimated effort, and the actual effort and the variance, so they have all the information they need to organize, prioritize, and report on their work in one place.

San Bruno based Nomis Solutions has been testing Wrike’s Dynamic Platform to customize effort allocation for their team of analysts in order to manage workload.
