Nothing is more important to parents than knowing their children are safe. Tottoos.Org has created a line of cutting edge products designed to put parents’ worried minds at ease. Tottoos are the first and only child safety products of their kind.
“When you can’t find your child for even a moment, you’re living your worst nightmare. Young children can’t memorize their parents' cell phone numbers and don't know how to get help when they're lost. In the past, all we could do was hold on tight to our kids and pray they never wandered out of our sight. I wanted to give parents a better option than that,” said Virginia Lu, President of Tottoos.Org.
Tottoos.Org has launched its premier product, unique safety decals called Tottoos. Applied to the skin like a temporary tattoo, Tottoos are personalized with contact information so parents can be reached immediately in an emergency. Tottoos are easy to apply and fun to use, but with their potentially life-saving safety features, they become much more than a typical temporary tattoo in an emergency setting.
Time is a critical factor when a child is lost. Like Amber Alerts in missing children’s cases and Code Adam in shopping centers, Ms.Lu, a parent of 5 young children, is hopeful that Tottoos will become a valuable tool for getting children back to their parents right away, before they get caught in harm’s way.
Tottoos can be printed with a simple phrase such as, “If I am lost, please call (parent’s cell phone number),” ideal for children ages 5 and under. Endless variations can be created for older children or for use as medical alerts for anyone with a medical condition.
Made with FDA-approved, hypo-allergenic materials, Tottoos are clearly designed with children in mind. Once applied, Tottoos will not peel off. They also do not dissolve in water so they will stay on when children wash their hands or go swimming, yet Tottoos are easily removed with the disposable towelettes that are provided with them.
At a cost of just under $1 per decal, including the removal towelettes, parents can use Tottoos wherever and whenever they would like to have an extra ounce of protection.
