Radware®, a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, announces that Adtech Global, a long-time Verint partner and IP integrator, is the first certified Radware partner to resell Alteon® load balancers, integrating and supporting them with Verint’s Impact 360 Recording solution.
Radware’s Alteon 5224 SIP load balancing solution was adapted and certified for the Verint recording solution to provide a complete set of services to ensure availability, performance and scalability of mission-critical applications in the data and call centers. Adtech Global intends to improve and streamline the service and support aspects of these joint solutions.
“The partnership with Adtech Global is imperative to maintain seamless service and support for Verint Impact 360 customers who leverage Radware’s SIP load balancer for VoIP recording,” says Jack Sorci, vice president of business development at Radware. “We believe Adtech Global serving as the Verint integrator will enable our customers the highest level of service through the extensive Verint expertise they deliver.”
Adtech Global now offers global Verint customers end-to-end services around Radware solutions:
• Presales consulting and infrastructure architecture design;
• Hardware and software installation, integration, configuration;
• One-stop-shop with seamless support for Verint software and hardware;
• A variety of managed services.
In addition to Adtech Global’s 15-year status as a certified Verint Impact 360 master distributor and reseller, Adtech Global will also serve as a worldwide distributor and reseller for Radware, offering global customers and channels the opportunity to procure both Verint and Radware solutions as well as joint integration and support services.
“We have been integrating and supporting Verint Impact 360 software and recording solutions for almost two decades. This new partnership with Radware is a natural step in order to deliver a coherent experience for customers across the globe,” says Scott Montgomery, vice president of strategic business development. “Combining Radware’s award winning solutions, with Verint Systems, who offers the leading Workforce Optimization solutions on the market is powerful.”
