People are the most important assets of any company or organization, and today’s HR professionals are tasked with finding, growing, and retaining the best possible talent in an increasingly competitive and mobile business environment. This year at Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle will again host HCM Central @ OpenWorld, a focused program designed to help companies create a great employee experience with modern, talent-centric, and engaging human capital management (HCM) strategies and systems. Sessions will help attendees assess how their companies are taking care of their people, show how they can leverage the cloud to support today’s employees, and provide best practices for keeping their companies agile and competitive in today’s economy.
For the second year running, Oracle OpenWorld puts human capital management (HCM) center stage with HCM Central @ OpenWorld, an HCM-specific program that locates all HR content in one convenient location.
HCM Central takes place September 28 through October 2 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, just steps from Moscone Center.
Oracle offers a modern HCM cloud solution that is personalized, connected, and secure. At HCM Central, Oracle product experts will share roadmap details and will demonstrate the unification of Oracle HCM Cloud across all dimensions including user experience, processes, data, tools, and technology.
Attendees will also hear from their peers and Oracle partners, who will share success stories about moving to Oracle HCM Cloud and provide best practices for transforming HR, taking better care of their companies’ people, and contributing to the business goals of their organizations.
Attendees will learn to:
• Use social media to drive collaboration and develop talent;
• Go mobile to give employees the anytime, anywhere access they need;
• Use big data to gain workforce insight and forecast performance and risk;
• Efficiently manage a complex global organization with local compliance.
New this year, Oracle will hold an interactive employee experience journey mapping (EXJM) session at OpenWorld. EXJM, based on the successful customer experience journey mapping (CXJM) methodology, is designed to deliver a better employee experience to improve engagement, productivity, performance, and competitiveness.
HCM Central @ OpenWorld is sponsored by Deloitte, a Diamond level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN); Cognizant, an OPN Platinum level member; and Baker Tilly, an OPN Gold level member.
Registration for Oracle OpenWorld, including HCM Central @ OpenWorld, is now open.
