The LTE Cat 6 device is designed to provide consumers with download speeds of up to 300 Mbps and more efficient power consumption.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Broadband LTE-A featuring the Snapdragon 805 processor will be the first commercial smartphone to deliver several leading edge experiences, including:
• The ultimate Ultra HD connection: The Snapdragon 805 processor supports a rich Ultra HD experience enabling users of the device to capture and share Ultra HD video and stream to external devices, including HDTVs.
• Console-quality gaming: Qualcomm® Adreno™ 420 GPU includes hardware tessellation and geometry shaders to support stunning, console-quality graphics at lower power consumption and memory bandwidth, for a beautiful gaming experience.
• Advanced photo processing: The Snapdragon 805 processor supports the up to 1.2Gpixel/s image signal processor (ISP), allowing devices to take incredibly high resolution photos and enjoy cutting-edge post-processing, even in low light conditions.
