Pebble Beach, CA, United States, 02/21/2007 - Phil Mickelson wins the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am 2007 the same weekend as Golf Artist McKenzie releases painting to the public.

Pebble Beach, California-Phil Mickelson, won Sunday with a 6-under 66 to tie the tournament record at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am and win by five shots for the 30th victory of his career.
Mickelson overcame a double bogey with a lost ball early in the round with three birdies in a four-hole stretch along the ocean, turning a tight race into another runaway. He matched the largest margin of victory at this tournament, winning by five shots over Kevin Sutherland.
“This is exciting,” Mickelson said. “I’ve gotten off to a good start. It gives me momentum, and I can’t wait for next week and the upcoming majors. I’m really excited about the year.”
Mickelson’s win coincides with the Public release of Award-winning Artist McKenzie’s newest original painting, called “Lefty”. McKenzie is known for her golf series of paintings and her dedication to charitable causes.
“Every painting that I create, I am motivated by the thought that it will bring funds and awareness to help others less fortunate. The ability to give through my art is the passion that fuels my creativity,” says the artist McKenzie.
