Scott McCrary, president of Carolina Communities Development Group (CCDG), has announced that Lincoln Property Company will handle property management for Greystone at Widewaters, an exclusive luxury apartment development in Knightdale located off Highway 64 and Widewaters Parkway. Lincoln Property Company will provide the development with facility maintenance service as well as collection and accounting of residential fees.
