The 500+-employee strong company kicks off its celebration with a simple thanksgiving program at its oldest and primary operations delivery site in Pasig City.

Having been established on February 11th of 2004, PacificHub’s humble beginnings centered on providing outbound business-to-business (B2B) telesales services to the North American (nationwide US) market. The company has since been blessed with deep partnership experiences with world-renowned international, MNC, and local brands as clients with service offerings having evolved from purely voice-based services to multi-channel contact center and broader IT-BPM solutions. In its formative years, the company was also a key first-mover in exploring business opportunities within the Philippine market; working with marquee domestic clients from the multimedia and entertainment, telecommunications, technology, as well as energy and utilities sectors.
