This Bay Area Company has developed a unique and affordable service, where farm fresh flower bouquets are delivered to you every week, bi-weekly, or once a month on Mondays.
The flowers change each week, so you will always be surprised with what comes on Monday. “We wanted to create a product with convenience for flower lovers, that are always fresh from the farm.” says Jeff Sanchez, owner and operator “We get our flowers within days from the farmers, some last up two weeks with proper care.” This unique idea is not a cake walk, the company focuses on quality first. “We have built our business on word of mouth, and the only way our business will grow is through high quality and superior customer service” says Jeff, “I personally inspect each bouquet before it is accepted for delivery, our customers satisfaction is our number one priority.”
The company started in 1995 primarily servicing local businesses and some private residences. Due to popular demand, the company has created a line of affordable high quality bouquets for anyone, with prices ranging from just $15 to $25 each. “When I found out about Flowers On Monday I couldn’t say no,” says Sarah Retzer, a long time customer “every week my home is filled with their amazing bouquets, and often the flowers last a couple of weeks.”
The bouquets can be purchased as an ongoing subscription or as a gift subscription from one month to a year. “When people realize they can give a month of flowers similar to the cost of a one time delivery from a traditional florist, they always make the switch to our service” Jeff says “our most popular bouquet is the Grower’s Bunch”.
Also very popular, the company has a “Send a Hint” option on their website where flower lovers can send a hint notifying someone they would like a flower subscription as a gift. “My wife sent me a hint six months ago and we are still customers”, says Brad Johnson “my wife loves them and she thanks me every week.”
Flowers on Monday is also expanding their product line to offer orchids. “Orchids offer a harmonious balance between classic and contemporary, we’re really excited to start offering affordable high quality orchids to brighten up people’s homes and offices” Jeff adds. “The great thing about orchids is they work with any space and they are relatively low maintenance – making them a very practical option for people to improve their living areas.”
