Sarasota, FL, United States, 2007/02/09 - Outside experts praise Adanac’s molybdenum metallurgy and company’s prospects. Ruby Creek’s metallurgy called “a rare case of textbook” molybdenum.
Following an interview with Adanac Molybdenum Corp executive Chairman Larry Reaugh, StockInterview.com solicited outside experts to comment about the company’s Ruby Creek molybdenum deposit. Adanac hopes to bring this deposit into production by early 2009. Independent metallurgical engineer David Michaud reviewed the company’s metallurgy and told StockInterview, “Adanac Molybdenum Corp has a rare case of Text Book Molybdenum Metallurgy 101.”
Michaud further explained, “It has a super coarse Endako Mines-like primary grind, flash rougher flotation and relatively strong regrind requirements. This makes for a nice clean Moly concentrate.” Asked how he felt about the Ruby Creek moly deposit, Michaud responded, “An asset like this, once licensed in Canada, could attract attention from several mid-tier mining companies looking for metal reserves in politically safe countries.”
Sextant Capital Management Chief Executive Otto Spork, whose top-performing Strategic Opportunities Hedge Fund was an early investor in Adanac shares, told StockInterview, “We consider Adanac very undervalued.” When asked how he reached that conclusion, Spork responded, “It has recently gone off the radar screen because of Blue Pearl Mining.” Spork added, “Adanac’s properties can be very profitable and are well on their way to getting permits to go into production.”
