Reno, NV, United States, 02/09/2007 - justBLUSH, comprised of Reno singing sensations Erika Davidson and Kelsey Karrasch, will be performing at the 18th Annual Sweet Potato Festival in Sacramento, CA on February 10, 2007.

justBLUSH has exploded onto the youth music scene during the last two years. After performing in nearly 50 regional shows and recording a four song demo, Davidson and Karrasch continue to evolve their edgy, pop rock sound.
"We want to be known for our vocal talents," Davidson said. "It's really exciting that we are getting all of these wonderful opportunities to express ourselves through our music."
justBLUSH recorded their first demo in August 2006 at Tanglewood Studios in Loomis, CA along with Los Angeles producer, Pablo Hendricks. Davidson and Karrasch write their own lyrics with help from Los Angeles pop-rock artist and producer, Kirby Zhang. They also perform cover songs and enjoy tailoring their musical talents to a variety of genres including country, pop, R&B and rock.

Both girls attend voice lessons with Reno MasterWorks Chorale Maestro, Richard Lee. As they continue to develop their vocal abilities and unique style. justBLUSH, backed by ambition and creativity, will almost certainly make a surge into the national music scene.
Other upcoming events include the Tune Into Kids Fair and the Marathon DeMayo, both in Reno. The girls will be appearing in the Marathon DeMayo television commercials and will play along side 12 other bands and be included in a compilation CD for the event.
Davidson is an eighth grader at Billinghurst Middle School in Reno, and Karrasch is a freshman at Galena High School, also in Reno. They have been featured by the channel 8 morning show, Magic 95.5 and the Reno Gazette Journal.
The Sweet Potato Festival will be hosted by the Sacramento Valley Section, National Council of Negro Women, Inc. on Saturday, February 10, 2007, from 10am to 4pm at the Samuel C. Pannell Center, located at 2450 Meadowview Road in Sacramento. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
