Jay McLamb, chief operating officer of The Castleton Group, a full-service professional employer organization specializing in human resources outsourcing, has announced that Cassie M. Mozingo has joined the firm as benefits specialist. In this position, she is responsible for resolving claims issues, processing benefits changes and enrollments, and administrating 401k plans. Mozingo has worked six years in the HR and customer services industries and received a degree in Business Administration from Meredith College. A native of Greenville, N.C., she resides in Raleigh.
