The program will enhance MSGCU’s existing wellness initiatives by empowering employees to manage their health effectively and seek preventive care in exchange for rewards.

By pursuing multiple activities, employees can reduce their healthcare benefits premium costs.
The ADP Vitality wellness solution (adp.com/wellness) helps midsized employers with between 50 and 1,000 employees proactively manage rising healthcare costs, while reducing healthcare claims and employee absenteeism. Key features of this incentive-based program include an interactive wellness portal, health risk assessments, biometric screenings, and personalized wellness plans with recommended goals and activities. The program integrates with social networking sites, mobile applications, and fitness technologies to give employees additional support as they pursue their wellness goals.
