GuestLogix Inc., the leading global provider of onboard retail and payment technology solutions to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced that it has closed the bought deal equity financing announced November 13, 2013 (the "Offering"). GuestLogix issued 10,455, 800 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $1.10 per Share (which includes 1,363, 800 Shares issued pursuant to the exercise in full of the over-allotment option) for gross proceeds of $11,501, 380.
The Offering was underwritten by National Bank Financial Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc.
GuestLogix intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to repay indebtedness, for general corporate purposes and for working capital.
The securities offered have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
