Certification by ServiceNow signifies that Bomgar has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance for a specific version of ServiceNow. The certification also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Bomgar’s integration with ServiceNow.

Upon conclusion of a Bomgar remote support session, key information from the session, including chat scripts and actions taken, are fed back into the ServiceNow record, greatly improving tracking and compliance.
