"Reaching out to Amazon's UK marketplace is testament to our unrelenting goal to help Amazon sellers," said BQool Director of Marketing Jessica Dai.
BQool, a cloud-based ecommerce service provider, is paving new ways for businesses in the UK to gain a different perspective on customer-oriented service on Amazon. Pro Merchants currently selling on Amazon's UK marketplace can access these services immediately by signing up for a free 30-day trial.
According to market research firm Kantar Worldpanel, Amazon has built up its spot at the top of the UK entertainment market in Q2 of this year with a 3.2-percent rise over the same period last year. The online retail giant currently holds a lion's share of 23.4 percent in the UK marketplace, ousting domestic retailer HMV in the same sector.
"This is a tremendous opportunity for UK-based merchants to gain advantage from Amazon's dominance and increase sales through our service," said BQool CEO Jonathan Low.
