A technical visionary and respected leader in the mobile and web development community, Catlin will drive Moovweb’s next generation platform and tools for enterprise developers, lead innovation across the organization, and assess new technologies.

Innovation is part of Catlin’s DNA: Catlin is the inventor of Sass, the world's first CSS pre-‐processor, and the Haml markup language. He is also the creator of Wikipedia Mobile and spent three years at Wikimedia Foundation, creating and refining Wikipedia’s mobile experience. Catlin brought Wikipedia to mobile devices in 30 different languages and accumulated over one billion pages a month. In addition to Sass and Wikipedia Mobile, Catlin created Dictionary!, one the most popular iPhone applications ever build, boasting over 50 million downloads on the iPhone, Android and WebOS. Additionally, Catlin was a partner at Unspace Interactive.
