Autologica, a specialist in dealer management systems (DMS) for automotive dealers, announced today the launch of Appoint365, a web-based service appointment scheduling tool for automobile, motorcycle, truck and agricultural equipment dealerships.
Appoint365 helps dealers sell more in their Service Department with various automated tools to minimize no-shows, reschedule customers who missed an appointment, and incentive workshop visits through special promotions.
The web-based tool allows any dealership employee to schedule an appointment that a customer makes by phone or in store, for any of the dealer’s workshops.
Appoint365 also lets customers schedule an appointment on the dealer website from their computer or mobile device. Customers can quickly see available time slots, request the one they want, and then receive e-mail and SMS confirmations and reminders.
