CallidusCloud’s Big Data for Telecommunications looks at massive volumes of information generated around customer billing, commerce activity, territory alignment, sales targets, subscriber demographics, and channel information. The solution will provide visibility into what specific attributes or actions lead to customer cancellation to reduce churn, when bundle or upgrade offers are delivered to customers to improve average revenue per unit (ARPU), and return on marketing spend.
The solution uses in-memory processing and Big Data’s inherent strength in handling large, unstructured data sets coupled with the latest data visualization techniques. This will allow organizations more real-time access to these insights.
