AVI-SPL, the world’s leading video communications provider, announced today the expansion of its sales support team with the addition of Michael Ehresman, senior vice president of sales force effectiveness reporting to Don Mastro, executive vice president of sales. In a related move, AVI-SPL is also proud to announce the promotion of Linda Civitillo to vice president of sales operations reporting to Michael Ehresman.
Michael Ehresman and Linda Civitillo will work together to provide accelerated support to the AVI-SPL global sales organization as they service clients around the world and fuel the tremendous growth of AVI-SPL into new markets. Sales force effectiveness initiatives will focus on sales analytics and forecasting, RFP support, talent acquisition and development, and sales process optimization.
Ehresman was the architect of similar sales enablement programs at Ceridian and Gevity, companies which had similarly dispersed sales teams and complex sales cycles. With a bachelor’s degree in management from Purdue University, Ehresman is also a Certified Public Accountant with a specialty in taxation. In addition, he’s held positions previously at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.
Civitillo joined AVI-SPL in 2004 and has held positions in marketing communications, national business development, and strategic accounts. Most recently, she served as director of sales operations for AVI-SPL. Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial management from Boston University and is currently enrolled in the executive MBA program at the University of South Florida.
