Now in its 10th year, the Asia Pacific ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Awards recognize companies and individuals that have pushed the boundaries of excellence, rising above the competition and demonstrating outstanding performance across the Asia Pacific region.
Frost & Sullivan follows a rigorous measurement-based methodology to select the recipients in each category. Presented at a ceremony in Singapore on July 17, Verint was awarded the Contact Center Applications Vendor of the Year distinction in the enterprise vendor category based on a number of criteria, including market share, demonstrated leadership in new product introduction and innovation, breadth of products and solutions, customer and subscriber acquisitions, and business and market strategy.
