Paul Blunden, CEO, and former co-founder and CEO of Foviance, today announced the launch of Usability247 representing a new approach to delivering services in the user experience industry. Usability247 will provide multiplatform user experience research and usability testing services to customers around the world when they need them not when they are told they can have them.

247:lab is designed for those customers who want to view users in a lab environment and want results within a few days of booking the service.
And finally, for those customers that need to show they have researched with a representative sample of users there is 247:online that combines task testing and research questions to 200, 400 or 600 participants
All the services can be carried out across multiple platforms and geographies and customers will soon be able to book services online through a unique, self-service portal at the usability247 website.
