About Bob James Wines
As a mainstay of the contemporary jazz scene for 25 years, Bob James (bobjames.com) is literally compelled to create music that is prolific, innovative, inspired, and aesthetic. This compulsion frequently travels beyond Bob’s favorite canvas called Jazz to other mediums such as the visual arts, and of course, wine appreciation. Through these combined passions, the Bob James Art of Wine portfolio was born.
After much research, travel, and of course, imbibing, Bob found the mellow, warm, and cozy flavors of Australia’s Barossa Valley perfectly in sync with his artistic styles. With increased popularity, the Art of Wine collection continues to grow with New Zealand varietals and an exquisite 2002 Rossi de Montalcino. Each variety of the Bob James Art of Wine collection features a label with an original Bob James piece visually representing the treasure found inside the bottle. With its unique and difficult-to-find varietals, the Bob James Art of Wine collection is perfect for avid wine collectors, seasoned oenophiles, occasional dabblers, and beginner connoisseurs alike!
The Federation of United States Teachers and Adjudicators (FUSTA) was established in 1980 to promote Scottish Highland Dancing and culture in the United States and to provide a "community" system for teachers and judges of Highland dancing. FUSTA spearheads the United States Inter-Regional Championships (USIR) held annually. This championship rotates among the 6 geographic regions which encompass all 50 states: East, Midwest, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest, and West.
FUSTA (fusta.us) also supports on-going education for teachers and judges, provides the communications link in the Scottish dancing community, and acts as the resource center in the United States for all aspects of Highland dancing. This non-profit organization is supported by membership fees and tax-deductible gifts of generous individuals and organizations. Donations and scholarships are gladly accepted.
