Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UGHO - News), an emerging global leader in non-lethal protection products, integrated transportation and global supply chain security systems and strategic security services to protect against terrorist, criminal and security threats to governments and businesses worldwide, announced today that it has received numerous requests from law enforcement agencies around the world to conduct pilot programs for the use and potential purchase of the Cobra StunLight™.

"These requests follow the success of the recent Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department test and evaluation program where our technology was shown to significantly reduce excessive 'use of force' incidents," added Mr. Hartounian.
The lists of law enforcement agencies currently testing and evaluating the Cobra StunLight™ include the following:

• San Diego (CA) Sheriff's Department
• Culver City (CA) Police Department
• Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Police Department, New York
• Port Authority of NY & NJ, PAPD
• City of Tallahassee (FL) Police Department
• University of Oregon Public Safety
• City of Eugene (OR) Police Department
In addition to these test and evaluations, Universal Guardian recently received a purchase order for the Cobra StunLight(TM) from the Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Department.
