CyberPlat® is the first Russian universal multibank payment system accepting top-up payments for telecommunications operators, Internet, satellite and cable television providers, for communal services and energy supply. The company has been operating in the electronic payment market for 8 years. The turnover of CyberPlat® amounted to 1 billion and 120 million dollars in 2005 and doubled in the passed year.
The new capabilities of CyberPlat® ensure connection to the payment system without opening a settlement account and visiting the company office. The technological innovations simplify interaction with the system adding efficiency to the process and saving time. If earlier the procedure of the dealer automatic registration in the CyberPlat® system took around 30 minutes, now it is completed within five minutes.
When the system was modernized, a number of innovations regarding the legal registration of the relations between the CyberPlat® payment system and the connecting dealers was introduced, and the procedure of the initial digital signature (DS) generation was efficiently shortened.
The first part of the changes allows joining to the CyberPlat® payment system via five elementary steps. The simplified procedure takes advantages provided by Clause 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation where dealer may join an Agreement of Payment Acceptance (Contract of adhesion) by merely submitting a respective application; which principally reduced the number of required documents.
The second part of improvements refers to generation of digital signature for the dealer administrators. The optimization was achieved by means of consolidation of all necessary actions within the frame of a single software package, "Key Manager" (setup.exe), which helped to facilitate the DS key generation and simplify the entire procedure, making it more user-friendly and comprehensible.
"Modernizing the automatic dealer registration system is an important step in the implementation of our strategy aimed at improving convenience and acceleration of our partners’ businesses. Today CyberPlat® maintains over 38,000 top-up payment acceptance outlets, and we plan to significantly increase this number by optimizing the registration procedure and thus connecting new dealers", - Andrey Gribov, Director General of CyberPlat®, comments.
