Radware®, a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, announces it will discuss adaptation to information security and the anatomy of cyber attacks, during a presentation which is being held at this year’s SecureWorld Exposition March 27 to March 28th, in Boston, Massachusetts.
In a presentation titled, Information Security Adaptation: Survival in an Evolving Threat Landscape, Mr. Carl Herberger, Radware’s Vice President of Security Solutions, will discuss how the cyber threat landscape has evolved.
As a keynote speaker, Mr. Herberger will recount firsthand stories and analysis of recent attacks and share what organizations can do to mitigate them. Most importantly, he will answer the question: How should I be securing tomorrow’s perimeter?
The presentation will take place in the Keynote Theater at the Hynes Convention Center on Thursday, March 28th from 12:15pm 1:00pm. Attendees are encouraged to live-tweet during the session using the hashtag #Radware. This will be the first of fourteen SecureWorld events throughout the U.S. where Mr. Herberger will either keynote or speak.
"Carl is well versed and extremely knowledgeable with cyber related attacks. As a well-known member within the security space, I anticipate Carl’s presentation to be well received and prove to be invaluable to the audience,” says Michael O’Gara, Founder of SecureWorld. “We are extremely excited to have him deliver this year’s keynote at SecureWorld: Boston,” added O’Gara.
A second presentation will also be held during the expo on Wednesday, March 27th from 11:15am to 12:00pm in room 110 by Mr. David Hobbs, Radware’s Director of Security Solutions.
In a presentation titled In the Line of Fire The Morphology of Cyber-Attacks Mr. Hobbs will cover how organizations in every industry sector are constantly targets of cyber attacks. And discuss why your company may be next. Mr. Hobbs will also share first-hand experiences and case studies about attack vectors that are used, timelines, pre-attack preparation scenarios, what each vector attempted to achieve and the resultant impacts on the target business.
