On March 15, 2013, the Company issued a news release stating that it intended to release its results on the morning of Friday, March 22, 2013, and had scheduled a conference call to begin at 8:00 am. ET on the same day. The Company now intends to release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2012 results on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. The Company will hold a conference call at 4:30 pm. ET to discuss its financial and operational performance, with Mr. Brett Proud, President and CEO, and Mr. Brian Reddy, CFO and COO hosting the call.
