Bambos, who was one of the first consultants to join Rockpools, has recently completed a 15 month secondment with the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), where he was responsible for recruiting both interim and permanent staff.
Within Rockpools Interim, Bambos will specialise in the areas of regeneration, housing, transport and construction.
Bambos said: “Working with the ODA to place senior interim executives into business critical roles has been a challenging and rewarding experience. It has also given me a fascinating insight into the world of regeneration and its related sectors. I hope this, together with my track record in executive search and selection, will help me to establish Rockpools as a leading interim provider in these areas.”
Neil Lupin, Head of Rockpools Interim, said: “Bambos brings over six years Executive Search experience as well as a unique insight into the UK’s biggest regeneration programme. He is returning to us at a time when Rockpools Interim is fast becoming recognised as an innovative and leading provider of interim managers to all areas of the public sector. We continue to push the boundaries and challenge complacency amongst our competitors and with Bambos’ expertise, we expect to lead the way in regeneration, housing, transport and construction.”
Hamish Davidson, Chairman & Senior Partner of Rockpools noted: “Bambos first came to work for me six years ago, back in the days of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since that time, as a talent, he has grown by leaps and bounds, and it was a pleasure to offer him the chance to be seconded to the Olympic Delivery Authority. We have missed him around the office this past year, and I am delighted to see him back and embracing this further development, both of his career and of our business.
